Disadvantages and side effects
Redness and slight swelling, bruising can occur in some people at injection sites. Small "balls" (granulomas) where hyaluronic acid has been injected may also appear. They should be gradually reduced after several weeks. The occurrence of these side effects depends in part on the know-how and experience of the practitioner. Irritations may also persist for a few hours until a few days after the injections. But beware, these rednesses may correspond to an allergy. In this case, it is better to consult the doctor again.
