Muscle tear: Avoid muscle tears

To avoid muscle tears, you must warm up and practice exercises to strengthen the muscles. When practicing physical activity, you should practice regular stretching and doing an eccentric muscle building job.

Physiotherapists specializing in sports are well aware of this type of reinforcement where the muscle is made to work during stretching. For example, when walking or running downhill, the muscle lengthens and contracts at the same time to slow the movement.
